Orders
Owing to the unique nature of our clothing we do not offer an automated check-out system on this web site, so please e-mail us with orders and questions.
If you send us your measurements we will double check them with the garments you are interested in to ensure the fit is as accurate as possible and please do not hesitate to e-mail with any other questions you may have.
Payment and Shipping
We accept credit card payment through Pay Pal only, as well as postal/money orders in GBP (pounds sterling) and direct deposit within the EU (please email for bank account details). We will e-mail you with an invoice after receiving an order request.
Owing to the one of a kind nature of our items, postage costs vary with each order and we will calculate and notify you of charges when an order request is made.
Orders are usually sent via the Post Office within 2 working days of receiving confirmed payment, unless otherwise notified.
Please note that overseas orders may incur duty and tax when going through customs and payment of these are solely the responsibility of the customer.
Return Policy
Items purchased from the web site can only be returned within seven working days of receipt. Notice via post or email that the item is being returned should be given within that time.
There are no returns on any custom orders or items that have been altered as per customer request.
All items must be returned in the condition they were sent; signs of wear, use, or smoke smell etc. are unacceptable.
Customers are responsible for the safe return of items. We would strongly suggest they be sent with tracking and possibly insurance on high value items as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage while in transit.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Custom Orders
We take a limited number of custom orders. These are based on variations of our own designs; we do not copy other designers work, or reproduce movie costumes etc.
